The staff at Clairmont Oaks is committed to improving the quality of life not only for residents but also of older people in the neighboring community.  To that end we have opened our facility for use by our neighbors who wish to expand their understanding of computer technology or to enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Programs on Health and Wellness are offered from time to time and will be posted.

Fitness:

Stretch and Flex (Exercise Sessions):  10:00 AM   in the Fellowship Room.  Minimal Fee for non-residents.

Sit and Get Fit (Exercise Sessions): In the Fellowship Hall.  Minimal Fee for non-residents.

PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)In the Fellowship Room.  Minimal Fee for non-residents.

Tai ChiThe fee per class is $3.00 for residents, $5.00 for non-residents.

Introduction to computers:

Basic lessons on the use of computers in our Lifelong Learning Center.  We will show you how to sign on to the computer, how to check and send e-mail and how to find information on the internet.  Clairmont Oaks has high speed internet available in Lifelong Learning Center.
